Vintage shadow box setting of Jessie Willcox Smiths “Tasting”.

This print is mounted in a collage style - to create a sort of 3D effect within the shadow box frame. Both print and frame are in good vintage condition.

Historical Note: Originally a study for the story in McClure's magazine, 1907 and as the frontispiece in "The Five Senses" by Angela M. Keyes A sweet and detailed watercolor in the style and execution of Smith's other studies.
